Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; professional designation a plus.
• Extensive experience managing complex liability and environmental claims.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team handling high-severity environmental, toxic tort, asbestos, and latent bodily injury claims.
• Provide strategic oversight on coverage, damages, allocation, and litigation strategies.
• Coach staff and develop a high-performing, diverse team.
• Ensure high-quality claim handling and exceptional customer service across the unit.
• Drive data analytics and AI-enabled capabilities to improve outcomes.
