Job summary

B&S Site Development - Field Roles is seeking a Site Development Project Manager to lead civil/site development projects from pre-construction through close-out. This role requires strong organizational, financial discipline, and the ability to lead diverse teams across multiple active job sites.

The ideal candidate brings proven PM experience in civil construction, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of project management principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Architecture, Building Science, Engineering, Construction or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus/advantage.
• Proven experience as a construction project manager.
• Deep understanding of construction procedures and project management principles.
• Familiarity with quality and health & safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, surveyors and clients to review specifications, drawings and scope.
• Develop preliminary schedules, budgets, and resource plans; identify long-lead materials.
• Coordinate with superintendents to sequence work and avoid delays.
• Manage procurement, subcontractors, and field operations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead weekly progress meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee project close-out, punch lists, and documentation.
