Responsibilities

• Manage civil engineering projects for land development data centers, ensuring schedules and budgets.
• Consult with clients to determine project requirements and feasibility.
• Analyze topographic and geologic data to plan/ design projects.
• Visit sites to assess conditions and progress.
• Prepare reports, designs, specs and construction administration documents.
• Perform or direct on-site observations during construction.
• Prepare calculations and construction documents using discipline software.
• Coordinate with team through all design, production, approval and construction stages.
