Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in the Land Development Division to support our growing Data Center group. The role requires a Civil Engineering background with 8+ years of overall experience and at least 4 years in project management.

Travel to project sites and Westwood offices across the United States is expected. This position focuses on land development and real estate development activities, not technical infrastructure or IT roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years total experience with at least four years in project management
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; PE not required but preferred
• Travel to project sites and other Westwood offices across the United States

Responsibilities

• Manage Land Development Data Center civil projects within schedule and budget
• Consult with clients to determine project requirements
• Analyze soil, terrain, hydrological data to plan and design projects
• Visit sites to verify conditions and progress
• Prepare reports, designs, plans, and construction documentation
• Conduct on-site observations during construction to ensure conformance
• Prepare calculations and construction documents using discipline-specific software
• Coordinate with team through all design, production, approval, and construction stages
