Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in the Land Development Division to support our Data Center group.

The role sits in our Virginia or North Carolina offices and requires experience in land development, real estate development, and construction. You will lead civil engineering projects, consult with clients, review reports and drawings, visit sites, manage schedules and budgets, and prepare design documents and construction administration tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum eight (8) years total experience, with four (4) as a Project Manager (or equivalent).
• Travel to project sites and other Westwood offices nationwide is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages Land Development Data Center civil engineering projects efficiently (meets schedules and budgets).
• Consults with client to determine project requirements.
• Analyzes reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, tests, and aerial photographs to plan and design.
