Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in the Land Development Division to support our growing Data Center group.

This role requires experience in Land Development, Real Estate Development and/or Construction and involves coordinating with clients, analysts and architects across multiple sites. The position emphasizes strong communication, construction document creation and team collaboration, with travel to project sites across the United States as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires eight years total experience with four years as a Project Manager.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; other degrees may be substituted at Management's discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage Land Development Data Center civil engineering projects within schedule and budget.
• Consult with clients to determine project requirements.
• Analyze reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, tests, and topographical data to plan and design projects.
• Visit project sites to assess existing conditions.
• Calculate project costs and feasibility based on data analysis.
• Prepare or direct creation of reports, designs, specifications, plans and construction administration.
• Conduct on-site observations during construction to ensure conformance to plans.
• Prepare calculations, specifications, construction documents, and inspection reports.
