Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in the Land Development Division to support our growing Data Center group. This role may sit in our Virginia or North Carolina offices and requires extensive land development experience.

The ideal candidate will manage schedules and budgets, consult with clients, analyze topographical data, and travel to project sites to oversee construction and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight (8) years of total experience, with four (4) as a Project Manager (or equivalent).
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required; other degrees may be substituted at management's discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manages Land Development Data Center civil engineering projects to meet schedules and budgets.
• Consults with clients to determine project requirements.
• Analyzes reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, tests, and topographical data to plan and design projects.
• Visits project sites to ascertain existing conditions.
• Calculates cost and determines feasibility based on data analysis.
• Prepares and directs reports, design, specifications, plans, and construction administration.
• Conducts on-site observations during construction to monitor progress and ensure conformance.
