Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. seeks a Project Engineer in the Land Development Division to support our growing Data Center group. You will analyze topographical data, prepare design documents, and conduct on-site observations to ensure project conformance.

Ideal candidates have five years in commercial land development, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, and the ability to travel to sites nationwide. Proficiency in CAD and report writing is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of five years of total experience in commercial land development.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and other offices in the US.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to determine project requirements and scope.
• Analyze reports, maps, drawings, and topographical data to plan projects.
• Visit sites to assess existing conditions and feasibility.
• Prepare calculations, reports, designs, and construction documents.
• Conduct on-site observations during construction to ensure conformance.
• Coordinate with team members through all design, approval, and construction stages.
• Prepare or direct preparation of specifications, plans, and inspection reports.
