Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in the Land Development Division to support our growing Data Center group. The role requires experience in Land Development, Real Estate Development, and/or Construction, with a focus on civil engineering for data center projects.

You will manage schedules and budgets, consult with clients, and lead site investigations during construction. Ideal candidates have eight+ years total experience (four as PM) and a Bachelor's in Civil

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex data.
• Strong report writing and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Solid understanding of engineering design for site development and current industry standards.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Eight+ years total experience; four years as Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage Land Development Data Center civil engineering projects to meet schedules and budgets.
• Consult with client to determine project requirements.
• Analyze reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, tests, and data to plan and design projects.
• Visit project sites to ascertain existing conditions.
• Prepare calculations, specifications, construction documents, and inspection reports.
• Conduct on-site observations during construction to monitor progress and conformance with plans.
