Westwood Professional Services, Inc. seeks a Project Manager in the Land Development Division to support our growing Data Center group. The role sits in Texas offices (Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio) and requires land development, real estate development, or construction experience.

The candidate will manage schedules and budgets, coordinate with clients, and oversee on-site construction activities to ensure design conformance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years total experience, with 4+ years as Project Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; other degrees may be substituted at discretion.
• Travel to project sites and other Westwood offices across the United States required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Land Development Data Center civil engineering projects with schedules and budgets.
• Consult with clients to determine project requirements and scope.
• Analyze reports, maps, drawings, and geologic data for planning and design.
• Visit project sites to assess existing conditions and feasibility.
• Prepare reports, specifications, plans, and construction administration documents.
• Conduct on-site observations during construction to ensure conformance.
• Prepare calculations and construction documents using discipline software.
• Collaborate with team members through all design, production, and approval stages.
