Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in the Land Development Division to support our Data Center group. This role requires experience in Land Development, Real Estate Development and/or Construction and involves coordinating with clients and teams across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have a civil engineering background, strong technical and communication skills, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and 3D production. Travel across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; experience substituted per Mgmt discretion.
• 8+ years total experience with 4+ years as PM or equivalent.
• Travel to project sites and Westwood offices across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage Land Development Data Center civil engineering projects within schedules and budgets.
• Consult with clients to determine project requirements.
• Prepare reports, plans, specifications, and construction administration so projects progress smoothly.
• Conduct on-site observations to ensure conformance with plans and specs.
• Communicate with team throughout all design and construction stages.
