Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and field oversight capabilities.
• Ability to read civil drawings, plans and specs.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and site safety best practices.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors and project teams.
• Proficient in tracking resources, schedules, and field reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, and environmental standards on site.
• Coordinate daily field activities with crews, subs, and vendors.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and compliance with specs.
• Read and interpret civil drawings and project documents.
• Manage materials, equipment, and manpower needs.
• Develop look-ahead schedules and daily work plans.
• Provide leadership and direction to field personnel.
• Collaborate with project engineers, foremen, and safety staff.
• Identify and resolve field conflicts with minimal disruption.
• Maintain accurate site records and timesheets.
