Job summary

Picnic Delivery in San Francisco is hiring for a Growth/Sales role focusing on new business and account expansion. You will own deals end-to-end, prioritize office opportunities, and collaborate with SDRs and national accounts to drive growth and referrals.

You’ll plan grassroots marketing, maintain relationships with executives and admins, and work onsite in SF. Base salary ranges from $106k–$125k with incentive potential, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in growth, sales, biz development, partnerships, or account expansion
• Proven ability to run a deal from first meeting through close
• Demonstrable experience building and maintaining professional relationships
• Strong communicator with executives, admins, and community leaders
• Highly organized with a live pipeline and field activities
• Comfortable with data: Google Sheets, dashboards, funnel metrics
• Self-starter who does not wait to be told what to do

Responsibilities

• Map and prioritize office opportunities across your city, tracking building types, employee count, density, and decision maker access
• Own deals from first meeting through close, from discovery to onboarding
• Work with SDRs on territory prioritization and outreach targeting
• Run a consultative sales process to show Picnic fits
• Visit existing Picnic locations to understand on-the-ground experience
• Identify and drive expansion within existing accounts
• Partner with National Accounts to share field observations and flag growth or churn
• Turn happy customers into referral sources for new buildings and companies
• Partner with central restaurant team on cuisine selection for your market
• Bring back local demand signals from the field
