Job summary

You will work with City IT, other departments, and vendors to plan upgrades and maintain compliance with regulations. A strong focus on data accuracy and process improvement is expected in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide end-user support for hardware, software, and networks.
• Experience configuring and maintaining information systems in a municipal setting.
• Ability to create reports and train system users.

Responsibilities

• Provide wide range of end-user support for hardware, network infrastructure, OS, and applications.
• Review, track and resolve system and user issues across multiple systems and interfaces.
