Job summary

Regal is seeking a Theatre Operations Supervisor in Los Angeles to uphold company policies, manage cash handling procedures, and oversee concession inventory. The role includes hiring, training, scheduling staff, and coordinating with Human Resources on personnel matters.

The position requires supervising projection and audio-visual systems, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety and compliance across the theatre.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; two years post-secondary education in Business and/or two years of management/supervisory experience.
• Must complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training; alcohol certification where applicable.
• Read and understand training materials covering anti-harassment and discrimination.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Regal policies as outlined in policy guide and directives.
• Ensure cash management policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Control concession inventory shortages and spoilage levels.
• Hire, train, supervise, schedule, and coach staff; terminate per HR guidance.
• Administer paperwork and uphold company policies relating to HR.
