Regal Entertainment Group in Los Angeles is seeking a facilities and operations supervisor to uphold policies, manage cash and inventory, and lead theatre staff. The role covers training, scheduling, and HR paperwork, plus ensuring alcohol certification when required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years post-secondary education in Business and/or two years management or supervisory experience.
• Regal Responsible Beverage Server training may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Uphold Regal policies as outlined in policy guide and directives.
• Ensure cash management policies are followed at all times.
• Control inventory shortages and spoilage levels for concessions.
• Hire, train, supervise, schedule and administer HR-related paperwork.
• Maintain alcohol certification where applicable.
• Supervise staff and projection/AV equipment; maintain systems knowledge.
• Manage costs, purchasing, and inventory auditing.
• Oversee facility maintenance and safety; monitor risk management.
• Handle guest relations, promotions, showtimes, and revenue reconciliation.
• Read training materials on anti-harassment and discrimination.
