Job summary

Regal is seeking a team-focused individual to help run theatre operations and guest experience. You will supervise staff, train team members, and ensure compliance with policies while operating projection and audio-visual equipment and delivering marketing campaigns.

The role emphasizes attendance, safety, and customer service, with opportunities to advance through the Regal Academy and beverage service training where applicable.

Qualifications

• Possess good public speaking skills and communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
• Able to listen effectively, respond clearly, and explain information to others.
• Perform calculations with speed and accuracy.
• Interface excellently with customers, the public and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance.

• Coach and train non-management employees.
