Job summary

Kinepolis is seeking a friendly Cast Member to enhance the guest experience across cinema operations. You will greet guests, answer questions about movies, promotions, and loyalty programs, and help enforce theater policies to ensure a safe, enjoyable visit.

In this role you will assist at the box office, concessions, and usher duties as needed, handling tickets and payments, preparing items, keeping areas clean, and helping manage seating and crowd flow during busy showtimes.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to identify and correct guest misbehavior is required.
• Communicate effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Learn and adapt to current technology and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and respond to inquiries about movies, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Sell tickets, gift cards, and other promotions; process cash and credit card transactions; monitor showtime attendance and assist with movie selections.
• Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items; operate concession equipment; maintain cleanliness and safety in concession areas.
• Greet guests as they enter/exit, assist with ticket taking and seating; monitor auditorium presentation quality; address disruptions and assist with crowd control; restock self-service guest stations.
