Job summary

Kinepolis is seeking a Cast Member to enhance guest experiences across cinema operations. You will greet guests, answer inquiries, educate about promotions, and enforce theater policies.

Responsibilities include selling tickets, handling cash/credit, serving concessions, guiding seating, and upholding cleanliness in all areas. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment, with basic math and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Basic mental algebra is required.
• Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Answer guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback; educate guests about movies, promotions, and rewards programs.
• Enforce theater policies to ensure a safe, relaxing experience.
• Box Office: Sell tickets, gift cards, and promotions; accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
• Monitor showtime attendance and assist with guest movie selections.
• Concessions: Prepare and serve food and beverages; operate concession equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession areas; restock as needed; ensure food safety compliance.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests as needed.
• Usher: Greet guests entering/exiting; assist with ticket-taking and seating.
• Monitor auditoriums for presentation quality and address disruptions; maintain cleanliness of lobbies and restrooms.
• Assist with crowd control and ensure a smooth experience for guests.
