Kinepolis is seeking Cast Members to enhance guest experiences by delivering friendly, knowledgeable service across cinema operations. You will assist at the box office, concessions, and usher areas while ensuring guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus.
• Basic mental algebra is required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to identify and correct guest misbehaviour is required.
• Communicate effectively.
• Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Learn and adapt to current technology and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and feedback.
• Educate guests about movies, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Enforce theater policies to ensure a safe, relaxing experience.
• Sell tickets, gift cards, and promotions at the box office and handle transactions.
• Prepare and serve concessions and maintain cleanliness of concession areas.
• Greet guests entering and exiting the theater as an usher and assist with seating.
