Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly demeanor; respond to inquiries and educate about movies, rewards programs, and policies.
• Sell tickets and gift cards; process cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Prepare and serve concessions; maintain cleanliness and safety; restock as needed.
• Assist with usher duties: seating, monitoring audio/visual quality, and crowd control.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, restrooms, and common areas; support self-service stations.
