Job summary

Kinepolis Cast Members enhance the guest experience by providing friendly, knowledgeable service across all cinema operations. Cast Members are responsible for one or more of the operational areas based on experience and business needs and serve as the first and most important point of contact to all guests.

Greet guests, sell tickets, educate about promotions, enforce policies, and deliver food and beverage with a focus on safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic mental algebra is required.
• Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to identify and correct guest misbehaviour is required.
• Communicate effectively.
• Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Learn and adapt to current technology and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, respond to inquiries, educate about movies and loyalty programs, enforce policies.
• Box Office: Sell tickets and gift cards, process cash and card transactions, monitor attendance.
• Concessions: Prepare and serve items, maintain safety and cleanliness, restock as needed.
• Usher: Help with seating, monitor auditoriums, address disruptions, maintain lobby and restrooms.
