Job summary

MJR DIGITAL CINEMAS is seeking a Cast Member to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service across cinema operations. You will assist guests at the box office, concessions, and ushering, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing transactions, and maintaining clean, stocked areas while following theatre policies. Prior customer service or food service experience is a plus and willingness to learn is essential.

Qualifications

• Basic mental algebra is required.
• Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to identify and correct guest misbehaviour is required.
• Communicate effectively.
• Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to inquiries, educate on movies and promotions.
• Sell tickets, gift cards, and manage cash/credit transactions.
• Prepare and serve concessions and maintain safety standards.
• Usher guests, assist with seating, and monitor auditorium conditions.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, restrooms, and common areas.
• Restock self-service stations and support crowd control as needed.
