Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Fort Collins, CO to assist in all theatre operations and uphold Cine-mark policies. You will be cross-trained across departments, coach staff, and support the General Manager.

The role leads to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service. Responsibilities include training, scheduling, safety adherence, customer service excellence, and reporting to the General

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Basic food handling training and any local/state mandated certification.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports decisions.
• Trains and coaches team members in their functions.
• Ensures guest service is superior and brand standards are upheld.
• Reports facility repairs and safety concerns to management.
