Qualifications

• High school or GED required.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program within six months.
• Includes coursework: Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core.
• Must have basic cash handling and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Follows General Manager direction and supports decisions.
• Trains and coaches team members in their roles.
• Participates in admin reports for the General Manager.
• Ensures safety, dress code, and customer service standards.
• Communicates with guests to deliver superior service.
• Identifies and reports maintenance or safety issues.
