Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily theatre operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent guest service. You will be cross-trained across departments and participate in the Management Accreditation Program to advance to Senior Assistant Manager and beyond.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Complete Cinemark MAP program.
• Food handling training and local certifications.
• Safe Alcohol Service training if handling alcohol.
• Flexible hours including evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Regular attendance.
• Energetic, friendly attitude.
• Excellent guest service.
• Accurate cash handling & math.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of the General Manager.
• Support GM decisions in staff communication.
• Work across all departments and theatre functions.
• Train and coach Team Members.
• Prepare administrative and special reports.
• Inspect theatre facilities and equipment.
• Report repairs to GM.
• Ensure proper dress code.
• Provide outstanding guest service.
• Enforce Cinemark guidelines.
• Report employee relations issues.
• Maintain high work ethic and conduct.
• Identify and sanitize high-contact areas.
• Use PPE appropriately.
• Adapt to cleaning tasks frequency.
• Address safety or security issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
