Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate our theatre with cross-training across departments and leadership in staff development.

This role supports the General Manager, contributes to guest satisfaction, and ensures adherence to policies and procedures. Administrative duties, training, and maintaining safety standards are key, with opportunities for advancement through the Management Accreditation Program and potential promotion to Senior Assistant Manager or

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses: Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core.
• Food handling training and any local/state health certifications as required.
• Safe Alcohol Service training for roles handling alcohol.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Strong guest service mindset and positive attitude.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, with customers and team members.
• Ability to lead, train, and work well in a team and independently.
• Responds with urgency; strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts.

Responsabilités

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports decisions and communicates with staff.
• Works across all departments and theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches team members in their functions.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Inspects theatre facilities and reports repairs.
• Ensures dress code compliance.
• Interacts with guests to provide superior service.
• Enforces Cinemark guidelines with consistency.
• Reports employee relations issues as required.
• Maintains safety, security and cleanliness standards.
