Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring for an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations and staff across all departments. This role trains team members, enforces policies, and helps drive exceptional guest experiences.

Advancement pathways include Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service. The position requires flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays), strong guest service, and a focus on safety

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Completion of three basic courses (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, and MAP Core) within Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program.
• Completion of basic food handling training and any local/state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required.
• Safe Alcohol Service training for staff working with alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of the General Manager and support staff communications.
• Work across all departments and theatre job functions; train and coach team members.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure a safe, clean theatre and uphold dress code; provide superior customer service.
• Identify and address safety and security issues and report repairs as needed.
