Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate the theatre and ensure policy adherence.

You will be cross-trained across departments to provide coaching and to support operations, with potential progression through Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager paths after completing the Management Accreditation Program. The role requires flexible hours, strong customer focus, and leadership of teams in a fast-paced cinema environment.

Qualifications

• Basic guest service and safety knowledge required.
• Ability to lead, train and coach staff.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Follows directions of the General Manager.
• Supports decisions and communicates with staff.
• Works in all departments and performs theatre functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their roles.
• Prepares administrative and special reports.
• Inspects theatre, property and equipment condition.
• Reports repairs and safety issues to GM.
• Ensures dress code compliance for Team Members.
• Interacts with Guests to ensure superior service.
• Adheres to Cinemark’s policies and guidelines.
• Enforces conduct and reporting protocols.
• Maintains high work ethic and code of conduct.
• Identifies and sanitizes high-contact areas; uses PPE.
• Adapts to cleaning tasks and safety requirements.
• Addresses safety or security issues as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned
