The role leads toward Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager positions after completing Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program and six months of service. Strong guest service, teamwork, and problem-solving are essential.

Responsibilities

• Follow the General Manager's direction and support staff communication.
• Work in all theatre departments and job functions.
• Train and coach Team Members in their specific roles.
• Assist in preparing administrative and special reports.
• Monitor theatre facilities and report repairs as needed.
• Ensure dress code compliance and superior guest service.
• Enforce Cinemark policies with fairness and consistency.
• Maintain safety and hygiene practices across tasks.
