Job summary

You will provide world-class service in the humidor and lounges, develop product knowledge, support store operations, and help exceed sales and KPI goals while adhering to SOPs and safety standards. Open availability including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• POS/computer skills required.
• Cigar knowledge a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class guest experience in humidor and lounge.
• Build relationships; communicate product features and promotions.
• Drive sales; achieve KPI goals as part of a team.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Casa de Montecristo products.
• Assist in store operations and execute corporate initiatives.
• Follow SOPs and state/local regulations.
• Maintain visual standards and a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
