Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a world-class guest experience in the humidor and smoking lounges through exemplary service and selling skills, serving as a brand ambassador.
• Build relationships with customers and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotions.
• Drive sales and KPI results as part of a collaborative store team.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Casa de Montecristo products.
• Assist in the complete operations of the store and execute corporate initiatives efficiently.
• Follow store SOPs and state and local regulations, maintaining brand standards.
