Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or service environment.
• POS/computer skills required.
• Cigar knowledge a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to provide a world-class guest experience in the humidor and lounges.
• Build relationships with customers and communicate product features and promotions.
• Drive results and KPI achievement; act as a brand ambassador.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Casa de Montecristo products.
• Assist in leading store operations and executing corporate initiatives.
• Follow SOPs and manage daily opening/closing activities; reconcile cash.
• Lead team compliance with state and local regulations.
• Maintain brand visuals and a safe, comfortable environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
