Job summary

Casa de Montecristo is seeking a Sales Associate to cultivate strong guest relationships and deliver operational excellence as part of a results-driven team. You will provide outstanding service in our humidor and smoking lounges and act as a brand ambassador.

The successful candidate will build product knowledge, support store operations, and help achieve sales and KPI goals while complying with SOPs and local regulations in a friendly, relaxed retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail, hospitality or other service-centric environment.
• POS and/or computer skills needed
• Cigar knowledge a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (night, weekends, holidays)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Hands on team player with a strong work-ethic
• Passionate and persistent about delivering a stellar guest experience.
• A track record of meeting challenging sales and operational goals
• Demonstrated flexibility and emotional intelligence to adapt to a frequently changing business conditions with energy and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class guest experience in humidor and lounges through exemplary service.
• Build relationships with customers and communicate product features and promotions.
• Drive sales and meet KPI goals as part of a store team.
• Develop product knowledge on Casa de Montecristo offerings.
• Assist in store operations and execute corporate initiatives efficiently.
• Follow SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain brand image with clean, comfortable environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
