Job summary

Option Care Health LLC in Bannockburn, IL is seeking a Chronic Account Executive to drive growth of products within our infusion portfolio. You will own targeted sales strategies, build relationships with HCP groups, and deliver compelling presentations to win new business.

You will collaborate with operations to resolve service issues and ensure high-quality patient care, traveling up to 50% to cover assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in office-based physician sales with a proven track record of success.
• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of chronic infusion healthcare experience.
• High school diploma and a minimum of 5 years of experience in office-based physician sales with a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities

• Identify, establish, and maintain professional relationships with targeted physician groups and office staff to maximize opportunities.
• Demonstrate effective selling skills during physician and/or staff presentations with existing and potential customers.
• Consult with clinicians as well as medical office staff to promote Option Care Health and provide industry-leading customer service
• Review and analyze all available sales data to create effective territory plans and manage promotional budgets
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with regional branch teams to ensure alignment and support of sales efforts
• Maintain a call average as outlined in the sales plan, focusing on top target customers in face-to-face interactions
