Job summary

Option Care Health seeks a Chronic Account Executive to drive growth in current and new products within the portfolio. The role builds professional relationships with physician groups and staff, executes targeted sales strategies, and collaborates with operations to ensure high-quality service.

Travel up to 50% is required. A bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in physician sales or chronic infusion healthcare is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in office-based physician sales or chronic infusion healthcare.
• Proven ability to develop and manage business relationships with physician offices.
• Strong territory planning and post-call analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain professional relationships with targeted physician groups to maximize opportunities.
• Conduct effective physician and staff presentations to promote Option Care Health.
• Review sales data to create territory plans and allocate promotional funds.
• Achieve sales goals across geographical responsibilities and partner with regional teams to resolve issues.
