Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required with 3+ years in physician sales or chronic infusion care.
• Proven success in office-based physician sales and achieving sales goals.
• Ability to develop and manage business relationships with physician offices.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish relationships with targeted physician groups and staff to maximize opportunities.
• Deliver effective physician/office staff presentations to promote services.
• Consult with clinicians and office staff to promote Option Care Health and provide top-tier service.
• Analyze sales data to create territory plans and allocate promotional budgets.
• Maintain relationships with regional teams to align sales efforts.
• Achieve sales goals within geographical areas and understand local market dynamics.
