Job summary

Lindt USA in the United States is seeking a Shift Supervisor to deliver a premium in-store experience. You will lead a small team, drive sales, train staff, and ensure compliance with brand standards while engaging customers with knowledge of our premium chocolate.

The role requires energy, a strong sales background, and the ability to work nights and weekends. You will monitor inventory, manage cash, and uphold safety and quality policies.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background with customer-facing roles.
• Ability to take direction and delegate tasks effectively.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills for POS and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales plans.
• Communicate the store's sales mission to staff in actionable terms.
• Develop each team member's commitment to sales results.
• Supervise staff to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Uphold Lindt standards and customer engagement.
• Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages.
• Assist with training and development of sales staff.
• Ensure proper cash handling and POS procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to QA policies.
