Job summary

Responsibilities

• Sales: meet/exceed sales plans; communicate mission to staff; support staff to achieve goals; uphold Lindt standards; monitor stock levels to avoid OOS/OVERSTOCKS.
• Staff Development: train staff in Lindt guidelines; ensure daily/weekly/monthly sale operations; develop staff skills and product knowledge; escalate issues to management.
• Operational Controls: maintain store standards; manage inventory/shrink; cash handling and logs; follow QA policies; keep store clean.
