Job summary

Lindt USA in Asheville, NC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a premium chocolate shop team, drive sales, train staff, and uphold Lindt standards. You will create a welcoming, engaging in-store experience for customers and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

The role requires proven sales background, ability to delegate, basic math skills, and willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent and prior retail experience preferred; lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to take direction and delegate to others.
• Basic math or accounting skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and coach sales staff to improve performance.
• Supervise staff to achieve KPIs and uphold brand standards (ADS, UPT, conversion).
• Maintain Lindt standards and 4 Moments of Influence in daily activities.
• Monitor stock levels and prevent outages/overstocks/dated product.
• Ensure cash handling, POS, paperwork and procedures are followed.
• Keep store clean and compliant with QA policies.
