Lindt USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our premium chocolate team in Asheville. You will help deliver a legendary service and a premium in-store experience, guiding staff to meet weekly and monthly sales plans while upholding Lindt standards.

You will train sales staff, develop their skills, manage stock and cash procedures, and ensure quality, cleanliness, and compliance across all store operations.

Responsibilities

• Communicates the store's sales mission to staff and aligns daily tasks to meet sales goals.
• Assists with developing each team member's commitment to achieving sales results.
• Supervises staff to meet sales goals and capture external opportunities.
• Demonstrates Lindt standards in daily activities including appearance and up-selling.
• Monitors stock levels and escalates to management to prevent stockouts.
