Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead in-store customer experiences at our Asheville location. The role focuses on achieving sales plans, coaching staff, and maintaining brand standards with Lindt's 4 Moments of Influence.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background
• Ability to take direction and delegate and execute through others
• Basic math and/or accounting skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure store meets or exceeds weekly, monthly, annual sales plan and contributes to district sales plan.
• Models understanding and communicates the store's sales mission to staff in actionable terms.
• Assists with development of each team member's commitment to the store's sales results.
• Supervises staff to insure sales goals and external sales opportunities are achieved.
• Models Lindt standards through daily activities (4 Moments of Influence, dress code, up-selling, passion, sales focus).
• Monitors stock levels and escalates to Store Management to avoid stock issues.
• Support Store Manager with training staff in Lindt guidelines and standards.
• Train staff to ensure daily, weekly, monthly sales/operations goals are met.
• Assist with staff training to improve product knowledge and brand representation.
• Escalate issues professionally to Store Management.
• Maintain operational controls and compliance with company standards.
• Oversee inventory control and shrink/safety policies.
