Lindt USA in Schaumburg, IL seeks a Shift Supervisor to drive in-store sales and deliver a premium Lindt experience for customers. You will coach the sales team, manage inventory, and uphold Lindt standards across daily operations.

Ideal candidates have retail and sales experience, strong math skills, and the ability to delegate while guiding others. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required to support peak shopping periods.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Proven sales background.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.

Responsabilités

• Meet and exceed sales plans across weekly, monthly and yearly targets.
• Train and develop staff following Lindt guidelines and standards.
• Supervise staff to achieve sales goals and adhere to company standards (ADS, UPT, conversion).
• Maintain stock levels, inventory control and POS/cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance policies and maintain store cleanliness.
