Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead in-store sales and deliver a premium Lindt experience. You will motivate the team, drive sales, and uphold brand standards across the store environment.

The role emphasizes effective staff training, inventory and cash controls, and ensuring daily operations meet company policies. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Compensation is hourly with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and reach with arms.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales plans and contribute to district sales goals.
• Train and develop staff to follow Lindt guidelines and standards.
• Supervise staff to achieve sales goals and maintain stock/operational controls.
• Enforce Lindt standards (dress code, sales techniques, customer engagement).
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management to prevent stockouts/overstocks.
