Job summary

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 5 years in refrigeration, able to translate requirements into winning technical outcomes while collaborating with sales and product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5 years experience in refrigeration or a related field.
• Understanding of the principles of large refrigeration systems and associated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with customers and internal teams daily to solve technical challenges.
• Deliver expert application guidance and problem solving, leveraging deep technical knowledge to turn customer needs into solutions.
• Build tools, documentation, and automated resources to empower field sales teams.
• Analyze why JCI wins, what competitors offer, and market trends, feeding insights to product management.
• Support high-impact, complex projects by staying connected to the pipeline and providing proactive guidance to the field.
