Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Project Development Application Engineer based in our San Antonio production facility to drive chiller solutions through direct customer engagement and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5 years experience in refrigeration or a related field.
• Understanding of the principles of large refrigeration systems and associated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with customers and internal teams every day to solve technical challenges.
• Deliver expert application guidance and creative problem-solving based on deep technical knowledge.
• Build smarter ways of working by developing tools, documentation, and automated resources for field sales.
• Translate customer insights into white papers, sales tools, and product management feedback.
• Support high-impact, complex projects with proactive guidance and cross-team collaboration.
• Represent Johnson Controls as a trusted expert engaging with customers and expanding solutions.
