Job summary

Pyxis Management Consulting Group seeks experienced Trainers to support Child Support programs across large-scale system implementations. You will design and deliver instructor-led and virtual training, develop end-user materials, and support end-user adoption for complex workflows.

Ideal candidates bring 4-6 years of training delivery experience, strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS, and the ability to tailor content for diverse government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience delivering training for government-related programs, especially Child Support.
• Experience designing, developing, and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training sessions for business users.
• Proven experience creating training materials including user guides, manuals, job aids, quick reference guides, and e-learning content.
• Experience conducting training needs assessments and tailoring content for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
• Ability to collaborate with business SMEs, project teams, and change management stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive training curricula and course materials.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training sessions for end users and program staff.
• Coordinate and support training logistics including scheduling and learner communications.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials based on feedback and system enhancements.
• Provide post-training support during pilot and production rollout activities.
