Job summary

Management Concepts is seeking experienced Instructors to support a large-scale enterprise technology implementation and training program for a Federal Government agency. Instructors will deliver instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training to designated agency trainers and end users supporting the implementation and adoption of an enterprise-wide acquisition systems solution.

The successful candidate must possess extensive experience delivering training during large-scale enterprise

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience delivering training on large-scale enterprise systems.
Experience training users during major government technology deployments.
5+ years delivering training for Federal acquisition, procurement, or financial systems.
Extensive Train-the-Trainer experience preparing and assessing instructors.
Strong background in FAR/VAAR and federal contracting processes.

Responsibilities

Deliver role-based Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT) to designated trainers, end users, administrators, and other roles.
Lead scenario-based, transaction-based, and hands-on system exercises using sandbox or production-like environments.
Integrate acquisition business processes with system instruction for end-to-end workflows.
Deliver advanced technical training on system configuration, permissions, troubleshooting, and administration.
Lead instructor-readiness activities and knowledge transfer with implementation-team members and SMEs.
