Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in training delivery, facilitation, adult learning, or employee development.
• Experience delivering training on enterprise systems or in Medicaid/health and human services/public sector environments preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience required (Word, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Delivers instructor-led, virtual, webinar-based, on-the-job, and blended training.
• Facilitates training to support operational readiness, system adoption, and compliance.
• Adapts delivery to audience needs and learning styles.
• Collaborates with SMEs and instructional designers to ensure accuracy of materials.
• Develops lesson plans, facilitator guides, and participant materials.
• Provides post-training support and resources to reinforce learning.
• Maintains training records in accordance with standards and confidentiality.
