Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
Experience in human services as a case manager or child support preferred.

Responsibilities

Interview customers by telephone and in person to determine service needs and next steps.
Initiate locate procedures to determine address, employment, and assets.
Obtain and process information necessary for establishing the order and for enforcement of support orders.
Respond to inquiries from employers, customers, and other states' staff.
Prepare cases and legal/administrative documents for review by staff attorney or supervisor.
Maintain confidentiality and security of case information.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Ensure regular and timely attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
